We want you to be fully satisfied with your Lorna Shore merchandise; if your gear isn't the right fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items remain in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible and include the provided packing slip to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange has been confirmed.
